Dashing Through The Halls For Fall

It has already been two months since Maggie and I have moved into our new home. Of course, there are going to be challenges doing anything new, but at the same time it is so fun and exciting. I wanted to share the newest fall updates within our tiny apartment.

If you couldn’t tell already, Maggie and I have some favorite points of attraction when it comes to home decor. You will be able to see these in my latest home posts:

Our favorite spots for decor are Target, T.J. Maxx, Home Goods, Pier 1, Society 6, Carolina Pottery, Uncommon Goods, and Michael’s Craft. With autumn in full force, there are so many new decor items on shelves to make your home feel spirited and warm!

In the kitchen, I repurposed our twinkle-light lantern and put stacked mini-pumpkins throughout. I also added a couple of decor pumpkins; one pumpkin is made out of glass (right) and the other is made out of wood and a metal stem (left). Of course, I accented with flowers I got Maggie. To finish off the counter, we have a brown pumpkin tea-light holder.

Above our utility closet sits our fall directional for the pumpkin patch, apple orchard, and hayrides. We also purchase a technically fall, but made all seasons, wall motivation sign that hangs above the TV in the living room.

Last, but not least… candles. Maggie requested a candle haul to be done and I obliged. We made a pit stop at Bath & Body Works and White Barn. Also, while at Home Goods, we scored big on a WoodWick.

In the coming days, I will have an update to this post so be sure to come back next Friday, October 2nd to see my order from Amazon! There are a couple of surprises in store.

Friday, October 2nd

Welcome back to those of you who saved the date! Here are the final touches to our Fall home ft. Finn:

We ordered an LED leaf garland that fits perfectly on our hanging mirror. Honestly, this garland is the perfect touch to brighten up our living room; We ordered it from Amazon and I will link the product here. To the right of the mirror hangs a wood-meets-metal “Thankful” sign which we plan on leaving up all year round; Everyday is a day to be thankful. Finally, we bought a pillow insert and pillow case cover that says “morning, pumpkin.” This was a cute little surprise for Maggie. I thought she would like it and I was right! (what else is new…). Here is where I got the pillow insert and here is where I got the cover!
